Robson Resort Communities has been recognized with five Silver Awards at the 2025 Nationals New Home Sales and Marketing Awards, presented by the National Association of Home Builders. These awards highlight achievements in the home building industry and acknowledge outstanding marketing campaigns, home designs, and community developments.
Among the notable winners were two projects in Goodyear, Arizona, within the PebbleCreek community. The PebbleCreek Luxury Golf Villas, both Viera, and Loma, received Silver Awards in the Attached Home for 55+ Buyers category. These recognitions spotlight the development’s appeal to the active adult market in the region.
Robson Resort Communities also earned awards for their “Say Goodbye to the Regular 9 to 5” marketing campaign, which included Print and Digital Advertising targeted at 55+ buyers in Arizona and Texas.

The Silver Awards place Robson Resort Communities in contention for the Gold Awards, to be announced during The Nationals ceremony in Las Vegas on Tuesday, Feb. 25. The Nationals is one of the largest awards competitions in the home building industry, honoring achievements in sales, marketing, and design.
