The Litchfield Park City Council voted 6-0-1 during its regular meeting Wednesday, Dec. 17, to award $100,000 in grants to nine businesses and two nonprofits as part of its new COVID-19 Business Assistance Program.
Mayor Thomas L. Schoaf, Vice Mayor Paul Faith and Councilmembers Lisa Brainard-Watson, Ann Donahue, Ron Clair and John Romack voted in favor; Councilman Tom Rosztoczy recused himself, citing a conflict of interest.
Under the program, applicants may be eligible for grants of up to $10,000.
