A Litchfield Park home with a backyard view of the Wigwam Resort’s Red Course sold for $1.6 million, making it a top seller for the month of January.

The home features a stone exterior, beamed ceilings,  and sprawling views of the adjacent golf course. It was built in 2007 and was sold Jan. 18.

Stainless steel commercial-grade appliances are built into the gourmet kitchen, which also includes granite countertops, wood cabinetry made of knotty alder and a custom-made Cantera stone range hood over a dual oven.

The master bathroom contains a jacuzzi tub, bidet and a dual walk-in shower with a steam room.

The massive yard features a  diving pool, a large hot tub, a lazy river and a putting green island.
