RA Centers, buyer of Palm Valley Pavilions West, a commercial shopping center in Goodyear, has named Vestar for the site’s management services.
Palm Valley Pavilions West, a 232,000-square foot center located at 1478 N. Litchfield Road, is the 19th property that Vestar manages in Arizona. Raymond Arjmand of RA Centers acquired the shopping center on Dec. 15, which was 99% leased to national tenants including Best Buy, Total Wine, Barnes & Noble, UTLA Beauty, Ross and more.
“The center’s exceptional tenant mix and high occupancy rate reflect our dedication to providing exceptional management, leasing and marketing services that result in thriving retail destinations,” Patrick McGinley, Vestar president of management services, shared in a press release.
Vestar operates 63 open-air shopping centers across the western U.S., totaling more than 30 million square feet. Vestar also oversees Desert Ridge Marketplace in Phoenix, Tempe Marketplace, and Scottsdale Promenade.
