The 3,479-square-foot home at 2208 N 168th Ave. was sold Sept. 1, after 35 days on the market. The one-story, single-family home has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sits on 0.26-acres.
The home was built in 2019 and features a coffered entryway ceiling, a balcony, a detached guest house, a golf cart garage and a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets and LED lighting.
The yard features an outdoor kitchen overlooking a heated pool and spa, a fireplace and fire bowls.
The home is in the north Goodyear neighborhood of PebbleCreek, a gated community with on-site security.
The seller was represented by Liz McDermott with HomeSmart, and the buyer was represented by Raymond Johnson with West USA Realty- Peoria.
