Formation Park 10 opens in Goodyear

Formation Park 10, a new flex industrial development near Bullard Avenue and Celebrate Life Way, has officially opened its first phase following a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Developed by Formation Interests and Crescent Real Estate with construction by Willmeng, the project includes 427,000 square feet across two buildings and features a private park designed for tenants and the community. It offers modern medium bay space aimed at supporting light manufacturing and growing enterprises.

“This is truly an honor and such an exciting time for me and the Formation Team,” stated Formation CEO Adam Herrin. Herrin said the company’s expansion into Arizona was a major milestone. Formation, based in Dallas, selected Goodyear for its freeway access, regional growth, and surrounding amenities.

“This groundbreaking means more than just this project,” stated Mike Gilbert, Formation’s Southwest Region Director. “It’s planting the Formation flag here in Phoenix.”

Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo said the city’s pro-business climate continues to attract major investments.

“We are pleased to see that you have brought in Willmeng on this project, and we look forward to seeing this project complete,” Pizzillo stated.

Phase 1 is now leasing. The site sits adjacent to the future Buc-ee’s and City of Hope Surgery Center.
