Drama-free LD29 primaries move to general election battle

The drama of who will be fighting it out for Arizona Senate and House seats in Legislative District 29 can get started now.

Republican and Democratic candidates have been known for months, and that became unofficially official.

In four races that were run uncontested, incumbent Sen. Janae Shamp (R-Surprise), incumbent Reps. Steve Montenegro (R-Goodyear) and James Taylor (R-Surprise) and two challengers who ran uncontested in their primaries are all moving on the general election in November.
