Cupbop opened Jan. 14 at 35 E. Warner Road, suite 101, Gilbert, in the Gilbert Warner development. The restaurant serves Korean barbecue in a cup. It has 60 locations in the U.S., including 10 in Arizona, plus more than 100 in Indonesia. 602-725-2735. https://www.cupbop.com
