Babbo Italian Eatery is celebrating its 20th year in business and the grand opening of its Goodyear location on April 7 by donating 100% of profits from all eight Valley locations to the Seena Magowitz Foundation, an organization fighting to end pancreatic cancer.

“The Seena Magowitz Foundation is an incredible organization that seeks to spread awareness about pancreatic cancer and helps extend the quality of life for those inflicted with this disease by investing in research and amplifying its message,” said Ken Pollack, owner of Babbo Italian Eatery. “Their mission is important to our entire family and we are very proud to partner with them on April 7—and beyond.”

The new Goodyear location is at 15705 W. McDowell Road, on the Southwest corner of PebbleCreek Parkway and McDowell Road.

The 6,000-square-foot building was designed by architect Jose Martinez at Form Design Studio and will be able to accommodate 236 diners with indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar.

The restaurant also has a private dining room for parties of 20 to 74 for business events or family gatherings.

The work of The Seena Magowitz Foundation is focused on empowering the public with knowledge on how to reduce the risk of contracting pancreatic cancer, as well as raising funds for innovative scientific medical research, with the ultimate hope of eradicating the disease.
