3 home sales eclipse $1M mark in Peoria

Three home sales in Peoria over the last week eclipsed the $1 million mark.

All three top home sales in Peoria for the week of Sept. 10-16 were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.

The top home sale, 9581 W. Villa Lindo Drive, sold for $2 million on Sept. 16. The 4,601 square-foot home on a 0.8-acre lot has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Stacy Dragos with Century 21 Toma Partners represented the seller and Vikki Gorman with Realty Executives represented the buyer.

The second most expensive home sale, 27696 N. 86th Ave., sold for $1.3 million on Sept. 16. The 4,537 square-foot home on a 0.26-acre lot has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Brandice Halmrast with Re/Max Professionals represented the seller and Theresa Jensen West USA Realty- Peoria represented the buyer.

The third most expensive home sale, 9362 W. Sands Drive, sold for $1 million on Sept. 10. The 3,729 square-foot home on a 0.33-acre lot has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Ivana Savu with Realty ONE Group represented the seller and buyer.
