Three home sales in Peoria over the last week eclipsed the $1 million mark.
All three top home sales in Peoria for the week of Sept. 10-16 were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.
The top home sale, 9581 W. Villa Lindo Drive, sold for $2 million on Sept. 16. The 4,601 square-foot home on a 0.8-acre lot has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Stacy Dragos with Century 21 Toma Partners represented the seller and Vikki Gorman with Realty Executives represented the buyer.
