Meritage Homes introduces Vistas at Palm Valley

Meritage Homes, the seventh-largest public homebuilder in the U.S., has announced the grand opening of Vistas at Palm Valley, a brand new community just one mile north of Interstate 10.

Vistas at Palm Valley’s 197 homesites feature two home series: the Villas and The Estates. The community is gated, and buyers also have access to a community pool.

The Villas begin from the mid $300s and feature attached duplex and triplex floorplans. Starting at the low $400s, the Estates series offers single-family homes with up to six bedrooms, according to a news release.

Buyers of both home series can visit the Studio M Design Center to personalize their home and choose a design collection.

The designer-curated interior finish collections enable buyers to style their homes and remove the guesswork through simplified design process that offers a variety of choices and allows buyers to make style decisions with confidence and ease while remaining within their set budget, the release stated.

“Our innovative Design Collections experience appeals to homebuyers because it makes the interior selection process easy and transparent, a recurring theme we’ve seen across customer feedback since program initiation two years ago,” Studio M Design Center Manager Brenda Kountz said in a prepared statement. “We are now offering this design experience either in-person or virtually, so buyers can determine which approach best fits their comfort level.”

Vistas at Palm Valley’s sales office is open with enhanced safety measures in compliance with local, state and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

In addition, homebuyers can manage the entire purchase process online with Meritage Homes’ virtual homebuying process and connect with representatives to learn more about communities, arrange virtual tours, speak to a mortgage professional and more.
