The city of Goodyear is promising residents who attend this year’s annual springtime event, Hop & Hops: Egg-luminated Drive-Thru, a hoppin’ good time.
The free Hop & Hops event is scheduled for 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday through Easter Sunday, April 1 to 4, at Goodyear Ballpark, 1933 S. Ballpark Way.
Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the city continues to find innovative safe ways to host events for the community to enjoy, officials said in a release.
The four-night illuminated drive-thru experience will give families the flexibility to choose their day and experience a fun nighttime event safely from their vehicles.
After driving through glowing, colorful Easter-themed displays, the Easter bunny will hop over to take selfies at each car and bunny helpers will deliver totes filled with eggs, candy and other goodies while supplies last.
Presenting sponsor is Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, golden egg sponsor is Hickman’s Family Farms and bronze sponsor is Legacy Traditional Schools.
