Litchfield, Avondale districts were already set for March 15 return

Agua Fria Union High School District officials planned to welcome students back to campus full time March 22, but quickly pivoted this week to comply with Gov. Doug Ducey’s March 3 executive order requiring schools to fully reopen March 15.
