Sabree Garcia, a Phoenix-based muralist and designer, is creating an artful addition to Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale.
The project will be completed some time in November, adding another splash of Arizonan culture and art to Glendale’s walkable outdoor shopping center. Westgate is at 6770 N. Sunrise Blvd., just east of the Loop 101 exit on Glendale Avenue.
Garcia’s work is big and bold. She’s heralded by establishments such as the Phoenix Art Museum for transforming blank walls into immersive experiences.
She has designed and completed more than 20 murals across the Valley, including a recent project at the Hilton in Downtown Phoenix.
