Trump plans rally this week in Glendale

Former President Donald Trump has scheduled a rally for Friday in Glendale, Turning Point Action announced.
It would be the first rally for the Republican nominee following this week's Democratic National Convention where Kamala Harris is to formally accept her party's nomination.
The Aug. 23 event will take place at Desert Diamond Arena, 9400 W. Maryland Ave.
Remarks for the the first-come, first-serve event are scheduled for 4 p.m. organizers said. Parking will be available for $30, according to Turning Point Action's website.
