‘Skate Westgate’ brings ice to Glendale, opens this week

With the holiday season here, the tradition of outdoor ice skating in Glendale returns this week.
Skate Westgate opens on Thursday, Nov. 5 and will continue through Jan. 17. All skill levels are welcome to partake in the holiday tradition inside the Westgate Entertainment District, 6751 N. Sunset Blvd.
Skate Westgate hosts 3,500-square-feet of real ice in the heart of the district’s plaza in Fountain Park. On-site tickets and skate rentals will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket booth located near the ice rink. Single-use and season passes are available.
