The 24.15-acre development will consist of commercial uses and services.

The next item will be for Clarius Park Glendale Final Plat located at the southwest corner of Olive Avenue and Sarival Avenue.

The final plat hopes to create two  lots with dedicated public rights-of-way and water and sewer easements to the city, for a future industrial development.

The development will consist of two buildings totaling 1,760,754 square feet.
