Next phase of Northern Parkway corridor improvements have begun

Improvements expected to be completed early 2027

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation has begun the next phase of improvements along the Northern Parkway Corridor.

Crews are working on a two-mile stretch of Northern Avenue between the Agua Fria River and 103rd Avenue. The project is designed to improve traffic flow and safety for both local drivers and commuters and is expected to be completed in early 2027.
