NCG Hospitality, a national hotel ownership, development and operations company, officially broke ground on Moxy Glendale this week.
This new five-story, 153-room hotel at the northwest corner of 95th Avenue and Maryland Avenue joins NCG Hospitality’s existing three-hotel Glendale campus and is slated to open in summer 2027.
Developed in partnership with Porter Brothers Construction and PK Architects, with interior design by The Society, Moxy Glendale will feature the brand’s playful energy and bold design.

NCG Hospitality, a national hotel ownership, development and operations company, officially broke ground on Moxy Glendale this week.
This new five-story, 153-room hotel at the northwest corner of 95th Avenue and Maryland Avenue joins NCG Hospitality’s existing three-hotel Glendale campus and is slated to open in summer 2027.
Developed in partnership with Porter Brothers Construction and PK Architects, with interior design by The Society, Moxy Glendale will feature the brand’s playful energy and bold design.
“We’re thrilled to expand our Glendale presence with another dynamic Moxy property,” stated Andy Inman, Chief Development Officer at NCG Hospitality, in a press release. “This project represents our continued investment in creating vibrant destinations that bring people together through design, experience, and community.”
Guests can enjoy private cabana suites with poolside access. The resort-style pool features a walk-up bar, with seating to accommodate individuals and large groups.
