Drawing on a lesson learned just one week before, there was no way the Ironwood Eagles were going to miss their shot at some school history.

Improbably turning back a 20-point third-quarter deficit last week, Ironwood held off a late surge from 7-seed Scottsdale Notre Dame Prep to win their 5A semifinal matchup 41-22
