Glendale planners approve indoor soccer training near Dream City

The Glendale Planning Commission unanimously approved a conditional use permit to allow the KidsUnited fitness center on the southwest corner of 75th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane on March 26.

Further action by the Glendale City Council is not required.

It is a fully developed site, and part of the original Church of Joy planned area development. Physical modifications to the building are not needed, Planner Lora Lakov said.
