Arizonans’ love for Mexican cuisine has a new option

Americans love Mexican food.

It’s a trend that became cultural in 2010 when tortillas -- a staple of Mexican cuisine for generations -- for the first time outsold hot dog buns in the U.S., and that continues, according to the nonprofit Organic Consumers Association.

And Arizona, literally, leads the way in terms of Mexican food enthusiasm.
