Spotless Brands purchases Gilbert land for CobbleStone Auto Spa.

An entity tracing to Spotless Brands, owner of CobbleStone Auto Spa, purchased 1.776 acres of commercial land at the northwest corner of Higley and Williams Field roads Jan. 17 for $1.65 million, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

The sale prices comes out to or $21.34 per square foot of land.

Spotless Brands is expected to build a CobbleStone Auto Spa at this site in 2025 or at least before Dec. 31, 2026, when the construction easement agreement expires.
