Slice House by Tony Gemignani plans to open a Gilbert location at 3115 S. Val Vista Drive, Gilbert, the former site of a Lou Malnati’s. It serves pizza in four styles: New York, Sicilian, Detroit and “Grandma,” as well as antipasti, salads, pasta and desserts. No opening date has been announced. https://slicehouse.com
