An entity connected to Joseph Wallace bought an industrial property in Gilbert on Jan. 28, 2026, for $1,637,500, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

The buyer made a $245,600 down payment and obtained $1,391,900 in new debt through National Bank of Arizona. The seller was an entity tied to Rick D. Carter.

The property includes a 6,158‑square‑foot, single-story industrial building constructed in 2000 on 0.49 acres zoned light industrial by the Town of Gilbert.
