Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille anticipates opening a location in the under-construction Northside at SanTan Village, a 20-acre mixed-use development south of the southwest corner or Ray and the Loop 202-Santan Freeway, in spring 2026. The restaurant will accommodate up to 350 guests, have an open kitchen for diners to view chefs, a wine wall, a bar with island seating, outdoor dining options and four private dining rooms. The restaurant’s roots are as a family butcher shop in Houston that added tables in 1986 and opened a restaurant in 1993. It now has 22 locations in eight states, and the planned Gilbert location will be the first in Arizona. https://perryssteakhouse.com
