An entity tracing to Brad Hall Fuel acquired a Mobil Git N' Run gas station property at 1631 S. Val Vista Drive, Gilbert, Jan. 7 for $2.89 million, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

The seller was an entity tracing to Jerry Mark Speaks.

The property includes a 3,919-square-foot gas station. a 2,682-square-foot convenience market and 1,237-square-foot automated carwash built in 2001 on 1.43 acres zoned neighborhood commercial.
