Luna Grill plans to open its second Arizona restaurant April 16 in Gilbert, continuing the fast-casual Mediterranean chain’s expansion in the Valley.

The new location, at 3131 S. Market St., Suite 108, follows the company’s recent debut in Mesa.

Luna Grill was founded in 2004 in San Diego and operates more than 56 restaurants in Southern California and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The company says it plans four more Arizona locations in 2026.
