Light Heart Coffee will open at 51 W. Vaughn Ave., suite 106, Gilbert. It is the third location of the coffee shop and first outside Scottsdale that serves specialty coffee and matcha. It also has a small mobile coffee van available to be booked. No opening date has been announced. www.lightheartcoffee.com
