Kneaders Bakery & Cafe has closed its location this month at 2910 S. Santan Village Parkway, Gilbert, in the SanTan Village Marketplace. The Utah-based chain specialized in breads and served sandwiches, soup, salads, pastries and breakfast food. The SanTan Village Marketplace location was one of six that closed in the Valley. However, its cafe at 5155 E. Baseline Road, Gilbert, remains one of five in the Valley that remain open. 480-420-2565. www.kneaders.com
