Scottsdale’s Keystone Homes is breaking ground March 5 on its fourth Havenly Community, this one at 4343 E. Warner Road, Gilbert.
The new detached home rental community, The Havenly Gilbert, will feature 157 homes with eight different floor plans to choose from, including two-story townhomes with attached garages, ranging from one-, two- or three-bedroom homes and detached single-family homes also ranging from one-, two- or three-bedroom homes.
The community will have two different architectural styles and varying color schemes throughout the community, winding pathways, “pocket parks,” a dedicated children’s playground and a dog park seeking to create a village-like atmosphere.
Each home will have private yard spaces. Amenities in the community will include a clubhouse with fitness-center and social areas, heated pool and spa, barbecue and gathering spaces.
The gated community will also offer electric car-charging stations along with rentable garages with optional chargers included for the single-family detached home portion of the community and optional chargers for the townhomes as well.
The community concept allows those who are ready to make a lifestyle change from owning a large home to “right sizing” for greater freedom and flexibility.
