The deal was made with $3.09 million down and $7.3 million in new lending from the Bank of Arizona.
The sellers are Brian and Kimberly Torrey doing business as Elite Roofing Supply.

The property has three buildings: a 2,512-square-foot office (built 1999) and two industrial buildings of 4,000 square feet and 1,000 square feet (built 2011) on 6.59 acres zoned general industrial.
Both industrial buildings have grade-level roll-up doors.
