Heritage Park, a mixed-use development under construction at the northern gateway to Gilbert's Heritage District, has announced its first five tenants as the project moves toward openings planned for early second quarter 2027.
The initial lineup includes Popup Bagels, La La Land, Hudson House, Salt & Straw and solidcore. The openings will bring several concepts to Arizona or the East Valley for the first time.
Popup Bagels will open its first Arizona location in a 1,994-square-foot space. The Connecticut-based company began in Westport and has expanded to multiple markets. The brand is known for serving freshly baked bagels.
