Greenfield medical office sells for $9.8 million

The Greenfield Medical/Dental Center, located at 2450 E. Guadalupe Road in Gilbert, sold March 3 for $9.8 million, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

An entity tracing to Woodside Health and Crescendo Commercial acquired the property from an entity tracing to Ryan Denk, doing business as Emerald Interests Corp.

Joseph G. Greulich was listed as a contact for the buyer. The acquisition included $7,204,535 in new debt provided by SouthState Bank.
