Gilbert Public Schools has begun its 114th year, marking the start of the 2026-27 school year for students, families and staff across the district.
Families and students have already participated in a variety of back-to-school events, including Senior Sunrise celebrations and elementary Meet the Teacher nights.
District officials encourage families who were unable to attend those events to check school website calendars for upcoming curriculum nights and other welcome events scheduled throughout August.
