Gilbert Town Council will consider a proposed 121-unit multifamily development near Gilbert and Germann roads Tuesday in the lone public hearing on its regular meeting agenda.
The Residences at the Reserve proposal would require a minor General Plan amendment and rezoning of about 4.9 acres southeast of the intersection from office and business park uses to multifamily residential.
The 6:30 p.m. meeting at Gilbert Town Hall follows a 5 p.m. study session on data center regulations and Gilbert's water supply and shortage planning.
