Gilbert Arts Academy will implement a comprehensive redesign of its program beginning in the 2026-27 school year, expanding arts instruction and introducing new academic and technology-focused initiatives.
The Gilbert-based K-8 public charter school said the changes are aimed at strengthening academic performance while developing students’ cognitive, emotional and social skills.
The redesign includes a new K-4 curriculum focused on core academics, expanded visual arts programming and the addition of music, dance and theater options through a weekly “Friday Conservatory.”
