First Watch opened a new restaurant at Gilbert and Germann on Sept. 7.

The restaurant, located at 3971 S. Gilbert Road, features a 5,300-square-foot dining room with seating for more than 170 guests and an interior bar.

The daytime dining chain serves made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch. Its menu includes omelets, avocado toast, farmhouse hash, lemon ricotta pancakes, Million Dollar Bacon, sandwiches and salads. Menu items are available throughout operating hours.
