Emberly community opens in Gilbert

Tri Pointe Homes Arizona has opened Emberly, a new 32‑acre gated residential community in Gilbert.

The neighborhood, located at the southwest corner of San Tan Boulevard and 172nd Street, includes 42 single‑story homesites. Two model homes are available for tours, and sales are underway.

The builder, which has served the Phoenix market for more than 30 years under the Maracay name, describes Emberly as tailored to meet demand in Gilbert, one of the nation’s fastest‑growing suburbs.
