Cooley Station sells 20-plus-acre parcel

Cooley Station has sold an approximately 20.32-acre parcel west of the southwest corner of Williams Field and Recker roads to a family trust, according to commercial real estate site vizzda.com. 

The Frankel Family Trust acquired the vacant land Jan. 17 for $13.23 million. The land is zoned general commercial, but the trust’s contact information traces to Management Support, which owns and operates apartment homes in Arizona and Texas, according to the company website.
