“We’ve always wanted to be in Gilbert, and after 10 years the timing is finally right,” Barber said in a release. “This spot will bring the same heart and quality people know us for, but with a unique vibe that reflects Downtown Gilbert.”
Founded in North Phoenix in 2021, Aftermath Bar & Kitchen became known for its award-winning Aftermath Burger, cocktails and commitment to using locally sourced ingredients from partners such as Noble Bread and Frites Street Fries.
Barber has since expanded his footprint with sister concept Born & Bred in Chandler and Scottsdale.
