Three more businesses are set to open soon in the Epicenter development in Gilbert’s Agritopia neighborhood in the wake of Matt’s Big Breakfast opening.
Wylde Hair Salon will be opening Monday, Feb. 27. UrbAna will be opening the weekend of March 4, and Bunky Boutique is expected to open by mid-March.
Epicenter at 3150 E. Ray Road, Gilbert, is a loft-over-retail mixed-used development that is meant to be the urban core to Agritopia. Matt’s Big Breakfast became the eighth business to open there Feb. 20.

UrbAna in Suite 162 is a celebrations store, inspired by the owner’s grandmother’s entertaining and cocktail/dinner parties in the 1950’s. UrbAna strives to be a sophisticated boutique and go-to home store for curated luxury gifts, artisan decor items, party goods, entertainment decorations, and designer furnishings.
