New apartment complex debuts in San Tan Valley

Developer Thompson Thrift will hold a ribbon cutting Tuesday for its newest apartment community in San Tan Valley.

Stella is a 308-unit multifamily complex located near North Gary Road and West Hunt Highway.

The celebration runs from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Stella clubhouse, 32449 N. Gary Road.

Stella consists of 12 two- and three-story buildings, a resort-style swimming pool with adjacent lawn and outdoor pavilion, two pickleball courts, two dog parks and gardens with fruit trees and fountains, according to a press release from Thompson Thrift.

The community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and residents can select from a variety of layouts and amenities including private enclosed yards or patio options and detached single-car garages.

The community is close to several outdoor activities, including hiking, biking and exploring the San Tan Mountain Regional Park.

As part of its ribbon-cutting ceremony, Thompson Thrift will be presenting a donation to San Tan Valley-based Manes and Miracles, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers people with physical, mental and emotional disabilities access to therapeutic riding, equine-assisted activities and equine-assisted physical therapy.
