David Weekley Homes to build in San Tan Valley

David Weekley Homes will soon begin building new homes in the gated master-planned community of Tavolo at Soleo in San Tan Valley.

The builder will offer eight floor plan options set on 55-foot homesites. These homes will range in size from approximately 1,930 square feet to 3,340 square feet.  

Community amenities will include parks, sports fields, zip lines, a climbing wall, walking trails, a 2-acre lake with a dock, an open-air pavilion, event lawns, fire pits and a swimming pool.

Tavolo at Soleo will also be located near to Queen Creek, San Tan Mountain Regional Park and State Route SR 24. Students will attend schools in J.O. Combs Unified School District.
