Too Sweet Cakes opened a location March 25 at 1727 E. Pecos Road, Gilbert. The bakery makes cakes, cupcakes, pastries and cookies and does catering. It also has two locations in Oregon and one in Scottsdale and services Black Rock Coffee Bar locations. 602-339-0307. https://toosweetcakes.com

The Too Sweet Cakes location in Gilbert is off a leasing office for NOVEL Val Vista luxury apartments.
