Super Star Car Wash in Peoria sells for $6.217 million

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a Super Star Car Wash in Peoria for $6.217 million.

The 4,517-square-foot net-leased property,which was built in 2019, is located at 8150 W. Thunderbird Road.

It is situated on the retail corridor anchored by Lowe’s and Sprouts Farmers Market. Surrounding tenants include Starbucks, Burger King and Dutch Bros Coffee. It is also located down the road from the P83 Entertainment District, home to the Peoria Spots Complex, retail and restaurants.

The deal includes a new 20-year absolute triple-net lease with corporate guaranty, excellent tenant financials, and 10% rental increases every five years, according to a news release.

Zack House, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists with Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was procured by House, Ruble and Lind.
