Residential land sold in Gilbert

An entity tracing to Woodside Homes purchased 3.64 acres of residential land south of the southwest corner of Lindsay and Guadalupe on Feb. 3 for $2 million, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

The seller entity traces to the Knight family — Douglas Knight, Hannah Knight, and Samuel Knight.

It is residential land with the eastern 1.17 acres improved by a single family home of about 1,000 square feet built in 1932.
