Medical offices, hotels proposed for lot in Gilbert

A mixed-use development of medical offices and a hotel is being proposed for a 9.45 acre site north of the northeast corner of Val Vista Drive and Germann Road in Gilbert, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

Owner George Ambus' development would include a 17,200 square-foot two-story medical office, 40,000 square-foot two-story medical office, a 10,000 square foot one-story medical office, a 122-room hotel in a four-story building of about 60,735 square feet, and an 80-room hotel in a four-story building of about 49,000 square feet.

The site plan was introduced to the Gilbert Planning Commission last month.

Associated Architechts is the architecture firm on the project.
