An entity tracing to Eagle Arc Partners acquired Wellsprings Therapy Center of Gilbert for $3.5 million from an entity tracing to Virginia B. Cunningham, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

There was no debt recorded with the sale.

The 27,766 square foot nursing home at 3319 S. Mercy Road, Gilbert, is one single-story building built in 2010 on 3.98 acres. It has 32 beds per Arizona Department of Health Services.
