Monday’s study session items will be voted on as part of the agenda for the Thursday, Feb. 6 regular meeting.
Also on the study session agenda is a nearly $400,000 contract to design a replacement Olsen Addition water main.
There’s also a $167,000 contract for fencing along the west and south sides of the Overstreet Parking Garage on Oregon Street, adjacent to the Villas at San Marcos condominiums, to deter vandalism.
There will also technically be another meeting Monday night. Council must hold a special meeting to appoint a resident advisory committee to help guide staff and consultants in the city’s ongoing General Plan update.
